In order to distribute the fair trade products, four associations collaborate on the communication media. They are Fairtrade Labelling Organizations International (F), International Fair Trade Association (I) , Network of European Worldshops (N) and European Fair Trade Association (E). They developped 7 principles; that 7 principles are based on :
- the sustainable development (Creating opportunities for economically disadvantaged producers )
- deal fairly and respectfully with trading partners
- develop producers’ independence
- payment of a fair price
- gender equity
- good working conditions
- environmental protection
